What each flag means
- safety
- Self-harm or abuse language. Returns a fixed caring reply and flags it for a human; the LLM is never called.
- pii:*
- Phone, email or address. Redacted before it is sent or stored.
- injection
- Attempt to change the tutor's rules. The tutor stays in role.
- answer_seeking / stuck
- Raises the hint level (0–3) instead of handing over the answer.
- answer_leak
- The model's reply gave the answer, so it was regenerated. _blocked means it was replaced with a safe reply.
